Unit Managers--Responsible for managing all aspects of a unit of 50 residents. You must be a strong leader with efficacy in time management and ability to provide excellent customer service to employees, residents, and families.
Charge Nurses--Responsibilities will include clinical assessments, medication administration, IV management, treatments, and genuine compassion. You will need the ability to prioritize duties while leading others in providing superb customer service.
Licensed Practical Nurses:
Excellent customer service and a positive personality is a must. Medication pass, treatments, and leading other staff in providing outstanding care.
Must have a caring and dynamic attitude. Your priority will be in providing patient care to maintain physical as well as emotional needs of our residents. We need you to be committed to being an intricate part of our team.
We have 12 hour and 8 hour shifts available and would enjoy meeting you if you are interested in any of the above positions.
PT, OT, PTA, COTA, RT, SLP,—flexible per diem at our inpatient gyms and with patients at home health
Activities Assistant—Per diem & flexible weekday & weekend schedule. Design & Lead Creative Leisure Activities.
Must be motivated, quick paced and able to work independently. Excellent customer service and a desire to please others is a required talent. Hiring part time and full time with ability to learn and achieve higher potential within Spring Creek.
You will have the authority to coordinate care for residents as Primary Medical Care Provider.
